Every appointment is with Kelly Fuhrman, MSN, BC-ARNP — the owner and medical director — rather than a rotating roster of staff. She has practiced nursing since 1985 across ICU, neonatal, surgery and organ transplant, including 22 years in emergency medicine, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Washington State University in 2010, and is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners with full prescriptive authority in Idaho and Washington. She is also certified in advanced bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.

The practice describes its approach as personalized and science-based, with treatment plans built around individual lab results, symptoms and goals rather than a standard protocol, and appointments that aren't rushed.
