7B Handyman & Contracting LLC

7B Handyman & Contracting has been working across North Idaho since 2017. Owner Nick Douglas runs it as one local crew covering the whole list — the small repairs most contractors won't schedule, the licensed general contracting bigger jobs require, and certified property inspections.

What they do

Repairs and handyman work — drywall repair, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, junk removal.

Building and remodels — kitchen and bath remodels, decks and porches, siding, fences, pole barns, garages and shops.

Waterfront — dock repair, which matters on Pend Oreille and not every contractor handles.

Seasonal — snow removal through the winter.

Inspections — home and commercial property inspections, ICA certified.

Licensed and certified

• Idaho Registered Contractor, RCE-59109
• ICA Certified Inspector, #19257

Worth noting, because "handyman" covers a wide range in this area and plenty of it is unlicensed. The general contractor registration means they can take on work that legally requires it, and the inspection certification is a separate credential again.

Where they work

Based in Sandpoint, serving Bonner, Boundary and Kootenai counties — Sandpoint, Ponderay, Sagle, Dover, Kootenai, Hope, Clark Fork, Priest River, Bonners Ferry, Schweitzer and surrounding communities.
